Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lotty, a mobile application and related website provided by OneFabric Technologies, Inc. ("OneFabric," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, downloading the app, accessing Lotty, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Lotty on behalf of a business, retailer, store, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to use Lotty on its behalf and to provide information related to that business.

Lotty is a business inventory and audit tool for lottery retailers. Lotty helps users scan ticket barcodes, track instant lottery inventory, maintain audit history, and generate summaries and exports.

Lotty is not a lottery, gambling, wagering, or ticket-sales service, and it is not a substitute for your official business, accounting, regulatory, or lottery records.

Lotty requires an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account and store information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account.

OneFabric may not independently verify your store name, store address, legal entity information, retailer license, or other business details. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to provide it.

You may use Lotty only for lawful business purposes and only if you are legally permitted and authorized by the applicable retailer or business to do so.

Lotty relies on information entered, scanned, configured, or otherwise provided through the app. Barcode scans, audit results, inventory summaries, reports, and exports may be affected by user input, device performance, connectivity, app behavior, and other factors.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying scan results, audit records, inventory summaries, reports, exports, and any business decisions made using Lotty. Lotty does not guarantee that scans, audit results, inventory records, or reports will be complete, accurate, timely, or error-free.

Lotty may allow you to generate, export, or receive reports and summaries, including PDF or CSV audit exports. Reports may include store, account, audit, ticket, barcode, inventory, shortage or overage, and note information.

Reports and exports are provided for operational convenience. You are responsible for checking them before using them for business, accounting, inventory, compliance, or decision-making purposes.

We may add paid features, premium plans, subscriptions, additional reports, multi-user features, multi-store functionality, scheduled reports, or other features in the future. Future features are not guaranteed unless and until we make them available.

If paid features are offered, additional payment, subscription, cancellation, renewal, or refund terms may apply. Payment processing may be handled by app stores, Stripe, or another third-party payment provider.

Support for Lotty is limited, best-effort, and not guaranteed. We may provide support by email or another method we make available. We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue Lotty or any feature at any time.

You agree not to:

• use Lotty for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purposes;
• use Lotty to play the lottery, sell lottery tickets online, process wagers, or conduct gambling;
• misrepresent store, audit, ticket, inventory, user, or business information;
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or misuse Lotty;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization; or
• upload malicious code or use Lotty in a way that harms OneFabric, users, or the service.

As between you and OneFabric, you remain responsible for the store, audit, inventory, ticket, note, and other business information you enter or generate through Lotty. You grant OneFabric a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use that information as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Lotty and related OneFabric services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide information to Lotty, including information related to stores, employees, users, tickets, inventory, and audits.

Lotty, including the software, design, workflows, technology, content, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by OneFabric or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Lotty for authorized business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Lotty may depend on third-party services, software, SDKs, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, payment processing, app store, or other technology providers. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Your use of Lotty through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store may also be subject to that app store's terms and policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using Lotty, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to Lotty if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for OneFabric or others, misused the service, or if suspension or termination is needed for security, operational, or legal reasons.

You may stop using Lotty at any time. Account deletion or termination may disable your login and access, but certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Lotty is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFabric disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.

Lotty is an operational tool and does not guarantee prevention of theft, loss, shrink, inventory discrepancies, compliance issues, accounting errors, or business losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFabric will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, inventory losses, or other business losses arising from or related to your use of Lotty.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Lotty after updated Terms are effective means you accept the updated Terms.
