1. Overview
OneFabric Technologies, Inc. ("OneFabric," "we," "us," or "our") provides Lotty, a mobile application and related website for lottery retailers. Lotty helps retailers track instant lottery inventory, perform audits, maintain audit history, and generate audit summaries and exports.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Lotty, visit getlotty.com, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of Lotty, and information collected automatically by the app or website.
Account and store information. We collect information used to create and manage a Lotty account, such as email address, store name, store address, display case bin count, roll direction, and related setup information. Email addresses may be verified. Store information is provided by users and may not be independently verified by OneFabric.
Inventory and audit information. Lotty collects and stores information generated through barcode scanning, inventory tracking, audits, reports, and exports. This may include game information, pack numbers, ticket numbers, barcode values, ticket prices, display case or bin positions, audit history, inventory values, shortage or overage information, and notes.
Reports and exports. Reports, summaries, and exports may include account, store, audit, ticket, barcode, inventory, and note information. Reports may be emailed to the registered user or, if later supported, to recipients selected by the account holder.
Device, app, and usage information. Lotty may collect device and app information such as app version, device type, operating system, usage events, error information, crash information, diagnostic information, performance information, and analytics identifiers. We use app analytics to understand usage and improve the service.
Camera and notifications. Lotty requests camera access to scan lottery ticket barcodes. Lotty may request notification permission to send app-related notifications. Camera access is used for barcode scanning, and Lotty is not designed to store photos or videos from barcode scanning.
Local app data. Lotty may store limited information on your device, such as login or session tokens, cached store data, cached audit history, generated exports, error logs, and app preferences. Deleting the app may remove local app data from the device, but it does not necessarily delete information stored by OneFabric.
Website and communications. If you contact us, submit a form, request support, or communicate with us, we collect the information you provide. Our website may use cookies, analytics, advertising, security, or similar tools if those features are enabled.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- create, authenticate, and manage accounts;
- provide barcode scanning, inventory tracking, audit, report, and export features;
- store, sync, and maintain account, store, inventory, and audit information;
- send reports, service messages, notifications, and other communications;
- monitor app performance, diagnose issues, and improve reliability;
- develop and improve Lotty and related OneFabric services;
- protect the security and integrity of the service; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share Lotty customer, store, audit, ticket, barcode, or inventory data with outside third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy or as needed to operate Lotty.
Service providers. We use service providers to help operate Lotty and getlotty.com, including providers for cloud hosting, storage, database services, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, barcode scanning technology, email delivery, website tools, security, and payment processing if paid features are offered. These providers may process information as needed to provide services to us.
Within OneFabric. OneFabric personnel may access Lotty information when needed to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, or improve the service.
Legal, security, and business reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse or security issues, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
5. Payments
Lotty may offer paid features, premium plans, or subscriptions in the future. If you purchase paid features, payment information may be handled by third-party payment providers such as app stores, Stripe, or another payment processor. OneFabric does not intend to directly collect or store full credit card numbers.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Lotty, maintain business and operational records, improve and secure the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account or certain personal information by contacting support@getlotty.com or by using any account deletion feature or deletion request page we make available. When an account is deleted or disabled, we may delete or de-identify certain information, but we may retain store, audit, inventory, backup, security, and business records where needed for legitimate business, legal, security, or operational purposes.
Deleting the Lotty app from your device may remove local app data from that device, but it does not delete information stored by OneFabric.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Data is encrypted in transit and server/cloud data is encrypted at rest. If passwords are used, raw passwords are not stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You may update certain account or store information in Lotty where the app provides that option. You may also contact us at support@getlotty.com with privacy-related requests.
You can control camera and notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling camera access may prevent barcode scanning from working.
9. Children and Authorized Use
Lotty is intended for business use by lottery retailers and their authorized representatives, owners, managers, or employees. Lotty is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Lotty is permitted by applicable law and by the business for which they use the app.
10. International Use
Lotty is operated by OneFabric in the United States. If you access Lotty from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. The updated policy will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
